ThreeSixty Asset Advisors Announces Three-Day Auction of CRC Costume Rental Corporation in North Hollywood

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — ThreeSixty Asset Advisors and Crescent Commercial Corporation are pleased to announce a three-day public auction of Costume Rental Corporation. CRC, a North Hollywood legacy wardrobe rental house, is closing after nearly five decades serving motion picture and television. The sale features approximately 800 consumer/collector lots on Thursday, September 25, and 2,500 trade/volume lots closing on Tuesday and Wednesday, September 30 and October 1, with more information at 360Bid.sale.

CRC is closing amidst unprecedented industry changes, a reflection of the sustained slowdown in Southern California production that has squeezed below-the-line vendors across the region. Against that backdrop, CRC’s closure marks the end of an era for a shop that outfitted generations of projects in Hollywood. CRC’s historic collection is now open to the public, spanning fashion, uniforms, military, and Hollywood history.

Shon LeBlanc of Valentino’s – a 40-year costume industry veteran – has been assisting CRC to sort through its stock and prepare for the auction. When asked his thoughts, LeBlanc said: “OMG! CRC’s credits over five decades include many landmark titles across film and TV – from Apocalypse Now and Saving Private Ryan to Forrest Gump, Jackie, A Star is Born and A Complete Unknown – highlighting its pedigree.

On day one, the consumer/collector lots will be sold. New lots are being added daily to the catalog and buyers can register and bid now, with items closing live starting at 9:30 a.m. PT on September 25. On days two and three, the trade/volume lots will be sold by category and era. While these lots will cater to industry buyers, the sale will be open to the public, with many small-quantity lots included as well. Bidding for day two and three lots will open soon and close on September 30 and October 1, starting at 9:30 a.m. PT each day.
